A virtual store is an online store that displays merchandise with an option to order those items online.

We sell a variety of gently used sometimes new baby and kids toys.
How do I order items from your website?
Just add items into your shopping cart from our shopping catalog once we receive your item request we will reply back with availability and shipping options.
If I order online am I automatically charged?
No we do not ask for any payment information when placing an order. Once we receive your request we will reply back with availability and payment options.
If I order online can I pick this up locally?
If you order online and would like to pick the items up free of charge in Lisle, Illinois just note the order with day/time you are available to stop by and pick up your items.
Can I view items before I purchase them?
If you are picking up locally you are more than welcome to check out items before purchasing. We provide working batteries in all of our electronic items for that reason alone.
If you are out of state and would like to be sent additional pictures or a video clip of the item just let us know.
How do I set up an appointment to view what you have in stock?
Everything we have in stock is listed on our website shopping catalog. Once you have checked it out message us at toygal08@yahoo.com or call/text 630-235-3506 with a day and time that you would like to stop by. Please provide a list of items you would like to view when you arrive. You can either copy and paste a list, send us screen shots of the items OR submit an order online. We do not hold you to a purchase when you arrive but having an idea makes it easier to narrow down what items you would like to view first.
What Payment Method Do You Accept?
-Onsite payments -We accept cash, Chase QuickPay, and Paypal
-Shipping Orders - We accept chase quick pay and paypal. We do allow check/money order payments but we require a 10 day shipping delay for check/money order payments.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Since we sell for individual sellers all prices listed are firm. Youll see our prices they are much less than competitors like ebay and amazon.
Where Are You Located?
Locally items can be purchased in Lisle, Illinois 60532. When a firm day/time commitment is set up we will provide the pickup location.
Do You Ship Items?
We provide shipping for smaller toys that measure less than 18”x18”. If interested in having items shipped please use our website to check your items. Once we weigh and measure your items we will reply back with a shipping quote and payment instructions if you want to proceed with the order.
Do you offer delivery service?
We offer local delivery for a fee. All deliveries are to be paid for in advance prior to us loading the items in our truck.
INDOOR ITEMS are delivered to the doorstep. OUTDOOR ITEMS are all delivered and dropped in a driveway in front of garage or to the side of the driveway. This service does not include carrying climbers, slides, playhouses, or swing sets into back yards.
Do you offer set up service?
We do provide set up service for a fee. Fees are based on individual item. Set up service includes delivery placement anywhere on your property.
Will you buy my gently used items?
Sorry we do not purchase any items directly from sellers. All of our items are sold on a consignment.
How can I become a seller with Kids Heaven in Lisle?
At this time we do not have any open spaces for new sellers.
How will I know if Kids Heaven in Lisle has open seller space in the future?
